GLORY Kickboxing announced on Monday that it will return to New York City on November 2nd, as they head to the Hammerstein Ballroom for GLORY 61 New York and the GLORY 61 SuperFight Series. For the third time in less than a year and the sixth time in company history, GLORY comes to New York City, and will feature two championship clashes in the co-main events.
Josh Jauncey will get his shot at the GLORY lightweight championship, as he faces Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong in a rematch of their GLORY 22 lightweight contender tournament final. Sitsongpeenong would walk away with the victory in his GLORY debut and has won all but one fight inside the GLORY ring, with wins over Robin van Rossmalen, Marat Grigorian, among others.
